Students view agenda and book open lessons. Trainer manages agenda, one-off lessons, weekly series, players, and level.

Out of V1: payment complexity, multi-trainer marketplace, waiting lists, overbuilt CRM.

Product/technical ownership with tight scope control, PR review/merge discipline, and client-readable test steps for Ruud.
